Al Jazera Factories is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to our sales operations within the industrial sector.

The Opportunity

The Sales Supervisor will play a crucial role in guiding and empowering our sales force. This position is central to driving sales performance, cultivating strong customer relationships, and ensuring the consistent achievement of established sales targets for Al Jazera Factories.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve collective and individual goals.
• Drive overall sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.
• Monitor sales activities and ensure the consistent achievement of sales objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, including demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.
• Previous experience within the industrial sector is preferred.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Proven ability to effectively lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and proactively identify new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in reporting, planning, and follow-up processes.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred.
