Position Overview: We are looking for an Assistant Resident Engineer - Electrical to support our field construction organization in Jubail. This position involves supervising contractor activities and ensuring compliance with specifications and schedules.

Major Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between service providers, contractors, and the Royal Commission.
• Oversee field construction operations and monitor work quality.
• Ensure compliance with design documents and construction schedules.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety standards.
• Participate in safety meetings to promote a zero-accident philosophy.
• Facilitate communication between various stakeholders including clients and contractors.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have:

• A University Degree in Electrical discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience with high voltage and medium voltage projects, and safety inspections.
• Proficient in contract compliance, project scheduling, and contractor relations.
