Your Job
Guardian Glass is seeking you to become our next Production Supervisor at our Float Glass Facility in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This position will be responsible for advancing culture among the team members by effectively playing Responsibilities of Supervisor role. This role will focus on achieving smooth plant operations in shifts, engagement of team members, and driving operations vision into action.

What You Will Do

Lead an operational team of 7-8 operators in a safe and efficient manner.
Build a high-performing team by understanding individual capabilities and developing personalized development plans.
Drive the team in shift and develop their skills.
Promote safety excellence by involving employees and providing necessary training.
Monitor product quality and provide guidance to maximize efficiency.
Complete data entry responsibilities and generate reports timely.
Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports.
Meet or exceed KPI goals by improving processes.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering.
Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in leading high-performing teams.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience in glass production (Semiconductor, Automotive, Coating line).
