As an innovative laundry services company based in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence.

Role Overview:
This full-time, on-site position in Al Khobar entails designing, implementing, and monitoring impactful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will manage social media marketing, analyze web traffic using analytics tools, create engaging content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web.
Create and schedule engaging content tailored to our audiences across platforms like Snapchat, Instagram, and X.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics using web analytics tools to refine strategies and drive growth.
Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility and traffic.
Collaborate with internal teams and local partners to support promotional campaigns and business objectives.
Produce marketing reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Experience in the mobile app industry.
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
Ability to analyze data and draw insights.
Strong skills in Web Analytics and Online Marketing.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.

Black Knight Coffee is expanding — and we’re looking for a talented Media Buyer (E-commerce) to drive our digital growth.

Job Purpose:
The purpose of the Media Buyer role is to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to achieve the highest return on investment, increase sales, and drive traffic for e-commerce channels through data-driven performance analysis and efficient budget management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize performance-driven Google Ads, Meta, Snap, and TikTok campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS.
Utilize Google Analytics and Tag Manager, and other attribution tools to track performance.
A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to drive incremental improvements.
Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
Generate performance reports with actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experiences:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field.
Experience in B2C e-commerce is a must.
At least 3 years of experience as a Performance Media Buyer.
Ability to manage large advertising budgets (100k SAR) and deliver measurable results.
Knowledge in conversion API / server-side tracking.
Proficiency in Excel, Data Studio for analysis and reporting.
Proven experience in the Saudi markets with strong understanding of local consumer behavior.
