Join Sebsco as a Sales Assistant and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to serving the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Industrial sectors.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and develop EPC project leads within varied sectors across Saudi Arabia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, and procurement teams.
- Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, RFQ/RFP handling, proposal submission, and contract award.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure accurate proposals.
- Support project kickoff and delivery by ensuring scope clarity and stakeholder coordination.
- Track opportunities and maintain accurate sales reporting with ERP/CRM systems.
- Conduct market intelligence and share actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations.
Requirements (Must-Have):- 2-4 years of sales/business development experience in EPC projects.
- Experience in the Saudi market (client-facing or tender exposure).
- Valid Saudi driving license and readiness for frequent travel.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to manage proposals and negotiations.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred / Advantage:- Experience with major companies like Saudi Aramco and SABIC.
- Familiarity with construction project sales.
- Understanding of contract basics.
Location: Saudi Arabia (site visits as required)
