Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create tools and resources.
- Execute programs and projects within HR disciplines such as Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
- Develop expertise in one or more HR fields and provide data reporting to enhance HR service delivery.
- Advise HR and business leaders on best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience is required; a Master’s degree and Professional HR Certification are preferred.
