We are looking for an HR Services Coordinator who will play a crucial role in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors.
• Manage service requests with vendors such as transport companies and relocation services.
• Track deliveries, shipments, and service contracts.
• Monitor inventory and supplies for HR and office requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement for requisitions, purchase orders, and payments.
• Ensure seamless interaction between HR, administration, and operational departments.
• Handle personnel and company information with confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices and regulations according to SATORP standards.
• Participate in Safety audits and attend scheduled Safety and Technical training.
• Support company events, training sessions, and workshops.
• Handle insurance matters.
• Hands-on experience in Workday is required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a High School diploma.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a Diploma.
• Highly organized and proactive with strong communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills in large organizations.
• Ability to make sound judgments under pressure and resolve problems effectively.
• Able to achieve business results in a multi-cultural environment.
