Responsibilities:
- Sales & Market Development: Achieve annual sales volume, margin, and collection targets utilizing DMS+ methodology.
- Expand Distributor Footprint: Strengthen relationships with key accounts and adapt strategies in response to competitor activities.
- Marketing & Operational Support: Implement marketing plans and provide technical support to distributors.
- Compliance & Governance: Adhere to HSEQ policies and ensure all activities align with the company’s Code of Ethics.
- Financial Management: Control overdue accounts and maintain credit exposure.
Candidate Profile:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experience in lubricants or B2C sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with HSEQ standards and distributor channel dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
