Join ARENGY as a Graphic Designer!
ARENGY is an innovative IT-Digital and Engineering service company based in Dubai, dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth across industry leaders worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:

Review and analyze a set of portrait images to identify instances where the model has incorrectly extracted backgrounds due to blending with head covers.
Utilize GIMP to manually correct background extraction errors, ensuring a clean separation between the subject and the background.
Apply advanced editing techniques, such as feathering, masking, and cloning, to achieve high-quality results in image backgrounds.
Collaborate with our team to ensure that the final images meet our quality standards and project specifications.
Provide feedback on areas for potential improvement in the ML model to reduce future errors related to background extraction.
Maintain a consistent workflow to manage the image correction process efficiently.

Profile / Requirements:

Proven experience with GIMP or similar photo editing software.
Open to any image manipulation tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.; experience with GIMP is preferable.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in background editing and image manipulation.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with a variety of portrait styles and backgrounds.
Familiarity with image formats and resolution standards for portrait photography.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and feedback.

درجة بكاليوس في تصميم الجرافيك أو في مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة تزيد عن 3 سنوات في دور تصميم الجرافيك المهني.
محفظة قوية من الأعمال التي تُظهر مهاراتك في التصميم، والإبداع، وقدرات القيادة.
إجادة في برامج التصميم وعين حريصة على الجماليات.
مهارات كتابية وشفوية ممتازة.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality proposals, business reports, and corporate presentations.
Maintain branding and design consistency across various platforms.
Create compelling infographics, data visualizations, and other visual content.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce design assets for marketing and communications.
Design intuitive user interfaces and experience flows (UI/UX).

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the real estate sector.

Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
