As a vital part of our Food & Beverage department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and enhancing the guest experience at our restaurant. Your commitment to professionalism and courtesy will reflect the standards of Kempinski Hotels and contribute to our mission of maximizing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
- Punctually report for duty dressed in a clean, well-pressed uniform with polished shoes and a nametag, adhering to the hotel’s dress code.
- Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to guests at all times.
- Perform all tasks as required by your assigned outlet while ensuring thorough knowledge of all menu items and services offered.
- Understand and implement upselling techniques for restaurant offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and follow all safety, hygiene, and health guidelines.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Participate in training, attend all staff meetings, and assist with scheduled inventories.
- Foster good relationships with colleagues across departments.
