Dezert Innovation Technology is pleased to announce an opening for a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our technical team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, handling complex issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services delivered to internal users and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex technical issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, network, operating system, and enterprise application issues.
- Oversee and manage the Helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring compliance with SLA and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and external service providers when required.
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices (computers, printers, peripherals, and software).
- Support cloud-based systems and core business applications (*, Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems).
- Prepare analytical reports on recurring issues and recommend preventive and improvement solutions.
- Contribute to IT documentation, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide guidance and support to junior technical support team members when needed.
Requirements:
- Saudi nationality (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in technical support or IT roles.
- Strong experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN / WAN / VPN / Troubleshooting).
- Experience with Helpdesk and IT service management systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle critical technical situations.
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft are a plus.
