Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager!

At Perfect Fixer, a leading maintenance and installation company based in Al-Kharj, we specialize in AC repair, HVAC systems, and home appliance services. We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager to expand our services across various sectors.

Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will:

• Identify and secure service contracts from diverse clients such as government agencies, real estate companies, and hotels.
• Generate leads for HVAC maintenance and installation services.
• Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Target potential clients including government organizations, property management firms, and industrial sites.
• Conduct daily visits and maintain a detailed activity report.
• Coordinate with our technical team for smooth service execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the HVAC or maintenance industry.
• Strong network in Al-Kharj or Riyadh region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation:
This role is commission-based with attractive earning potential based on contract value.
