The Role: Business Development Specialist – Oil and Gas Training

ASAS Training is seeking a Business Development Specialist for Oil and Gas Training. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The specialist will be responsible for driving the growth of the oil & gas training business within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the portfolio of Aramco-approved and industry-recognized training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the oil & gas, energy, drilling, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
• Promote and market the organization's technical, safety, leadership, and competency-based training solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including Training Managers, HR Leaders, HSE Managers, Operations Teams, and Procurement Departments.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and training needs assessments.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Support tender submissions and contract acquisition activities.
• Collaborate with internal training and operations teams to develop customized learning solutions for clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging workforce development needs.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure achievement of business growth targets.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
