About the Role

Alkhorayef Water & Power Technologies (AWPT) is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role serves as the primary customer service focal point for assigned regions, ensuring efficient communication and service delivery to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main customer service focal point for assigned regions.
• Receive Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from assigned regions and prepare quotations for APC Products in accordance with approved procedures.
• Maintain the RFQ/Proposal log on the Customer Service server.
• Process purchase requests from internal customers, acknowledging orders with committed delivery dates after coordinating with material and production planning.
• Ensure transparency of delivery plans and priorities for assigned Business Units (BUs) among BU Operations, Customer Service, and production planning.
• Communicate projected deliveries to internal customers on a weekly/monthly basis, based on the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Collaborate with production planning, customers, and other regional customer service representatives to prioritize needs and develop delivery schedules.
• Conduct periodic reviews with BU management to reconcile delivery plans against outstanding orders and address any challenges.
• Ensure all order-related dates for assigned BUs are accurate and timely updated in ORACLE and aligned with the MPS.
• Prepare and maintain an On-Time Delivery (OTD) report, striving to meet or exceed management-provided OTD targets.
• Assist operations when customers are dissatisfied with resolutions, providing alternatives to achieve equitable outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
• Previous experience in Supply Chain is required.

Preferred Background

• Experience in an Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) manufacturing and service environment.
• Experience with Oil and Gas downstream processes.
• Technical knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry.
