Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join its Supply Chain Department. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region.

The Role of Procurement Specialist

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Specialist is responsible for applying Supply Chain Management and Procurement principles to acquire necessary goods and services. This role involves handling the development and administration of procurement actions to effectively support the company's business and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities to support business and project requirements.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies based on market and demand analysis.
• Negotiate and manage purchase orders, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier performance and relationships.
• Monitor order execution to ensure timely delivery and compliance with requirements.
• Manage supplier risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational efficiency.
• Lead or support procurement activities for assigned projects.
• Perform any job-related activities as requested by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
