Black & Grey HR is seeking a Mechanical Senior Technician – Fabricator for a large multinational manufacturing group with a high-performing plant located in Dammam. This hands-on workshop role involves supporting fabrication, managing breakdowns, and overseeing planned maintenance to ensure safe and reliable production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle mechanical breakdown support within your area.
  • Fabricate and repair components using lathe, milling, drilling, welding, grinding, and gas cutting techniques.
  • Execute planned maintenance, corrective work, and shutdown maintenance as per established plans.
  • Maintain high standards of equipment availability, quality, and reliability.
  • Support utilities maintenance when required, including refrigeration, water, and energy systems.
  • Adhere to strict HSE, GMP, and food safety practices.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in workshop mechanical maintenance (FMCG experience preferred).
