Join Madar Logistics Platform as a Sales Manager!

Madar is a leading Saudi digital logistics platform owned by Elm that transforms transportation management across industries. We connect shippers, carriers, and logistics partners through a unified ecosystem that delivers visibility, efficiency, and automation. As a Sales Manager, you will support our growth and strengthen our market position within the logistics technology sector.

Role Overview
In this role, you will develop targeted sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, and secure key accounts. This position will also require effective cross-departmental coordination to meet business objectives and maintain alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential clients across relevant industries.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to successful onboarding.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience.
  • Monitor market trends to uncover and pursue new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to support business planning.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8-15 years of sales experience, preferably in software, logistics, or technology services.
  • Master's degree (MBA) is a plus, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Strategic Management.

  • (SAMA) Certification
  • (CSE)
