About the Job
The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of the company. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the company’s brand message across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Design & Content Creation: Develop high-quality visual content for marketing materials, product packaging, and digital assets that align with the company's brand identity.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Concept Development & Execution: Create innovative designs using software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Consistency & Quality Control: Maintain design standards ensuring uniformity in visual branding across platforms.
• Multi-Platform Adaptability: Customize designs for various channels including social media and advertising campaigns.
• Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to create relevant visual solutions.
• Project Management & Workflow Optimization: Use tools like Teamflect or Microsoft Planner to manage design tasks and deadlines.
• AI Integration in Design Processes: Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance creativity and improve design efficiency.
• Time & Task Management: Handle multiple design projects ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Research & User Feedback: Conduct market research and gather user feedback to refine designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 23 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Graphic Designer to support our marketing and communications team. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas and strong design skills to produce high-quality visuals that align with Eradah’s brand identity and effectively communicate our mission and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Support digital campaigns with creative visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into impactful designs.
• Maintain and develop the center’s visual identity across platforms.
• Deliver creative work within set timelines while maintaining high quality.
• Perform other design-related tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in graphic design (experience in healthcare or service industry preferred).
• Skills: Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience in Motion Graphics, Photography/Videography, and Advertising Copywriting.
• Creativity with attention to detail and consistency.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing trends is a plus.
