We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to deliver advanced technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning for Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) and Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems across industrial sites in the Oil & Gas and Water sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• VSD Maintenance & Repair: Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs on Low-voltage VSDs. Troubleshoot power electronics, IGBTs, control boards, cooling systems, and harmonic filters. Conduct power quality analysis and waveform capture.
• ESP Operation & Optimization: Install, commission, and troubleshoot ESP systems, monitor performance data to optimize run life and efficiency.
• Field Service Execution: Lead on-site interventions independently, read and understand electrical schematics, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, with prior Oil and Gas experience required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.

We are looking for an experienced professional to provide advanced technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning for Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) and Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs on low-voltage VSDs.
• Troubleshoot power electronics, IGBTs, control boards, cooling systems, and harmonic filters.
• Conduct power quality analysis and waveform capture.
• Install, commission, and troubleshoot ESP systems (motor, pump, seal, sensor, surface VSD).
• Monitor ESP performance data (amperage, vibration, temperature, pressure) to optimize run life and efficiency.
• Lead on-site interventions independently, including emergency breakdown support.
• Read and understand electrical schematics and control system diagrams.
• Ensure work complies with HSE standards (LOTO, arc flash, confined space).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance field.
• Previous oil and gas experience is required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
