ملخص الوظيفة
نبحث عن مهندس مبيعات ذو خبرة تتراوح بين 4 إلى 10 سنوات في مجالات المبيعات في PEB، الحديد الهيكلي، البيع بالمشروعات، أو معدات البناء. ستكون مسؤولاً عن التواصل مع صناع القرار الرئيسيين، وتوليد الاقتباسات، والتفاوض على العقود، وضمان رضا العملاء في المنطقة الشرقية من المملكة العربية السعودية.

المسؤوليات الأساسية
  • توليد الاقتباسات لعملاء مختلفين بما في ذلك الشركات الكبرى والقطاعات العامة والمنظمات غير الحكومية.
  • رفع طلبات الاقتباس إلى قسم التصميم بناءً على مواصفات العملاء ورسومات الاستشاريين.
  • إعداد وتقديم العروض الفنية التجارية للعملاء.
  • التفاوض مع العملاء لإنهاء الصفقات وضمان إدارة الوثائق بشكل صحيح بما في ذلك العقود والمدفوعات.
  • التنسيق مع العملاء والمكتب الرئيسي لتنفيذ المشاريع بسلاسة.
  • الحفاظ على علاقات العملاء وتطوير فرص سوق جديدة.
  • إرسال توقعات المبيعات والتقارير بانتظام إلى الإدارة.

متطلبات المرشحين
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
  • 4-10 سنوات من الخبرة في المجالات ذات الصلة، خاصة في PEB والبناء.
  • معرفة تقنية في الهندسة المدنية والميكانيكية.
  • إتقان في Microsoft Excel و PowerPoint.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض والقيادة.
  • يفضل الإقامة في المملكة العربية السعودية لمدة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات.

Role Overview
Location: Riyadh & Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for motivated Sales Engineers to join our team. If you are passionate about engineering, construction innovation, and client success — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell innovative building material solutions to clients and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Navigate approval processes with consultants and authorities for project specifications.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain product features and benefits.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in building materials, precast, construction chemicals, insulation systems, waterproofing, façade solutions, lightweight construction technologies, or concrete admixtures.
  • Strong knowledge of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) applications is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Join REDA Hazard Control as a Sales Engineer – Security Systems!

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer dedicated to providing advanced security solutions to our clients. As part of our dynamic sales team, you will showcase your technical skills alongside exceptional customer service expertise to drive sales across industrial and enterprise sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose security solutions.
  • Work closely with the Design team to engineer comprehensive security systems, including:
    • CCTV & Video Management Systems (VMS)
    • Access Control Systems
    • Intrusion Detection & Perimeter Security
    • Video Analytics & AI-based Security Solutions
    • Integrated Security Platforms (PSIM)
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, including preparation of RFP/RFQ responses.
  • Liaise with vendors, system integrators, and internal engineering teams to ensure compliance with standards and client specifications.
  • Support handover projects to delivery teams and assist during implementation as needed.
  • Stay current with emerging security technologies and market trends.
  • Mentor junior sales engineers and provide technical leadership.
  • Manage project invoicing and receivables.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in sales engineering or security system design.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV systems (IP & Analog), VMS platforms, and Access Control systems.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, PoE).
  • Experience managing enterprise and large-scale security projects.
  • Ability to create technical drawings and system architectures.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
