About the Role

مؤسسة ابعاد فنية للمقاولات is seeking an Accountant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual with 0-1 years of experience to manage financial documentation and revenue collection processes.

Core Responsibilities

The Accountant will be responsible for a range of financial tasks essential to the smooth operation of the company's accounting functions. This includes the meticulous preparation and organization of disbursement documents, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and managed.

  • Preparing and organizing disbursement documents.
  • Following up on revenue collection and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Analyzing financial data to support decision-making.
  • Preparing accounting entries and recording all financial transactions.
  • Auditing bank accounts and preparing necessary reconciliations.
  • Preparing and archiving reports and documents related to expenses and revenues.

Key Duties and Accountabilities

Further responsibilities include ensuring the completeness and accuracy of financial claims, monitoring expenditures against budget items, and preparing monthly financial position statements and annual closing accounts. The role also involves contributing to the development of accounting methods and staying updated with industry advancements.

  • Auditing financial claims for legal and financial completeness.
  • Organizing and documenting disbursement documents.
  • Following up on the auditing and approval of disbursements by regulatory bodies.
  • Monitoring current and capital expenditures based on monthly financial positions.
  • Preparing the financial position and monthly summaries.
  • Preparing annual closing accounts.
  • Developing accounting methods and procedures.
  • Keeping abreast of scientific and technical developments in accounting.
  • Preparing specialized documents and reports for expense and revenue accounting.
  • Archiving all relevant documents in the dedicated database.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates are expected to possess foundational experience in key accounting functions. This includes practical knowledge in preparing and organizing financial documents, managing revenue collection, and executing accounting entries.
