About the AI Tech Consultant Role

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Platinion is seeking an AI Tech Consultant for its Enterprise Solutions team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on designing and building AI strategies and solutions, bridging the gap between strategic objectives and technological execution for leading organizations. The role involves working at the intersection of business strategy and technical implementation, supporting major clients across the Middle East region in high-impact digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients through end-to-end enterprise solutions transformation programs, encompassing CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, and Manufacturing.
• Assist in defining project strategy, including business case and roadmap development, business process definition, and technical reference architecture design.
• Facilitate the selection of appropriate solutions and implementation partners.
• Provide guidance on implementation governance and quality assurance.
• Introduce and implement "best practices" from business requirements specification through to solution implementation to minimize customizations and reduce maintenance costs.
• Contribute to the enterprise solutions knowledge base within BCG Platinion by sharing expertise, attending relevant conferences, researching new technologies including GenAI, and authoring articles.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• An above-average degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with strong academic performance preferred.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in driving enterprise solutions transformation programs, specifically in CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, or Manufacturing. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

Functional and Technical Expertise

• Solid understanding of typical end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Quote, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire, along with their implementation.
• Familiarity with industry-specific solutions (*, SAP IS-OIL), add-ons (*, APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management, BPC/SEM), and analytical tools (*, SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Digital Boardroom).
