About the Role

Whitecollars is seeking a Business Development Manager to join a high-growth company operating at the intersection of AI, digital product innovation, and ecosystem development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for an individual who can translate relationships into revenue and partnerships into growth platforms. The role is central to the company's expansion phase, influencing strategic partnerships, market entry, and scaling initiatives across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value commercial opportunities from prospect identification through deal closure.
  • Develop relationships with startups, corporations, government entities, accelerators, and tech communities to establish structured partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Map the ecosystem, track emerging trends, and identify opportunities, leveraging AI tools for competitive advantage.
  • Lead commercial execution, including proposal development, negotiation, and agreement finalization.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums to build credibility and expand reach within Saudi Arabia's tech landscape.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven track record of building business from the ground up, not solely managing existing accounts.
  • Experience identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic business opportunities in tech, SaaS, or innovation-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across startups, corporates, and ecosystem players in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for productivity, research, analysis, or decision-making.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, suitable for presenting to C-suite executives and pitching at industry events.
  • Strategic thinking combined with relentless execution capabilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
