About MOZN and the Role

MOZN is a leading Enterprise AI company focused on enabling organizations to make informed decisions in Financial Crime Prevention and Enterprise Knowledge Intelligence. The company operates with a diverse and collaborative team dedicated to building AI that delivers business value and empowers organizations. MOZN is seeking a Channel Sales Lead Africa to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in a full-time capacity.

Role Purpose and Strategic Focus

The Channel Sales Lead Africa is a critical role within MOZN's growth strategy, responsible for architecting scalable partner execution across the African region. This position is designed for a commercially driven leader who will build systems, sales motions, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate partner-led activation, pipeline generation, and revenue growth for the **** portfolio. The incumbent will operate as both the regional commercial owner and an ecosystem builder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the sales, strategy, and execution of building new and developing existing accounts and partnerships within the assigned territory.
  • Lead strategic enterprise sales in collaboration with partners, while also driving direct opportunities independently.
  • Close partnership agreements, balancing revenue impact, speed to market, and long-term ecosystem value.
  • Evaluate the financial and strategic benefits of new and existing partnerships.
  • Track, report, and optimize partner performance, identifying gaps and executing corrective actions.
  • Own territory revenue targets and deliver measurable results.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of strategic accounts, managing the process from prospecting to close and overseeing ongoing relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, and leadership teams on regional growth initiatives.

Impact and Execution Frameworks

  • Architect the **** single-thread narrative, encompassing the Recruitment → Enablement → Activation → Capabilities → Demand Generation → Pipeline → Revenue model, ensuring every partner interaction contributes to measurable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Drive greenfield market penetration through direct enterprise engagement.
  • Develop repeatable partner activation and co-sell frameworks for scalable deployment across the region.
  • Design territory plans that effectively balance direct selling efforts with partner leverage.
  • Convert enablement into execution by aligning **** strategy and partner sellers around defined account targets.
  • Build structured Quarterly Business Review (QBR) frameworks to track pipeline, revenue, and activation metrics.
  • Serve as the regional commercial representative for MOZN across enterprise, government, and partner ecosystems.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in channel sales, enterprise sales, or business development, preferably within the technology or AI sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and operate as an architect for scalable partner execution.
  • Proven track record in driving partner-led activation, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.

Work Environment and Collaboration

This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, pre-sales leaders, marketing, and executive stakeholders to ensure clear revenue targets, ongoing sales motions, and structured teaming models. Travel will be required to meet customers and partners across the African region.
