About the Channel Partnership Manager Role

WAFY is seeking a Channel Partnership Manager to oversee and expand its partner ecosystem for the Mojodat Fixed Assets Management Platform within Saudi Arabia. This is a quota-carrying position focused on driving revenue growth through strategic partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by managing and developing a network of channel partners.
  • Support partners throughout the sales cycle, including opportunity identification and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with partners on proposals, quotations, and customer presentations.
  • Monitor partner pipelines, forecasts, and sales performance against established targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing partner accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned channel partners, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and develop joint growth plans with partners.
  • Address and resolve partner issues and escalations in coordination with internal teams.
  • Onboard new partners, ensuring alignment with company processes and commercial policies.
  • Coordinate product training and enablement programs for partners.
  • Support partner certification and competency development initiatives.
  • Maintain partner documentation, tools, and resources.
  • Liaise with the Mojodat team regarding pricing, licensing, technical inquiries, and support requests.
  • Communicate product updates, new features, and roadmap developments to partners.
  • Ensure timely support and resolution for partner-related requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner activities, opportunities, and agreements.
  • Track partner performance metrics and engagement levels.
  • Support deal registration, pricing requests, and partner incentive programs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, Business Development, Account Management, or a similar commercial role.
  • Experience working with technology, SaaS, software solutions, or enterprise platforms is highly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and opportunities concurrently.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with channel partners, resellers, system integrators, or technology vendors.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software, digital platforms, or asset management solutions.
  • Previous experience in a quota-carrying sales or partner-facing role.

Measuring Success

Success in this role will be measured by the achievement and exceeding of partner-driven revenue targets, the growth of a healthy and predictable partner sales pipeline, increased partner engagement and retention, and the delivery of a positive partner experience through proactive support and collaboration.
