About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a Digital Solutions Manager - SAS - alfanar Electric to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and is responsible for leading the development, positioning, delivery, and lifecycle management of digital solutions for customers across the utilities, energy, water, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Role Purpose and Context

The Digital Solutions Manager bridges business requirements, Operational Technology (OT), and Information Technology (IT) to deliver scalable and innovative digital solutions. The primary objective is to enhance operational efficiency, asset performance, reliability, and overall business outcomes for customers. This role is also central to driving digital transformation initiatives, supporting business growth, and ensuring successful project execution within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Digital Solutions strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
• Define digital solution roadmaps, ensuring they meet customer needs and market trends.
• Lead the development of innovative digital offerings that support customer digital transformation journeys.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, cybersecurity requirements, and industry best practices.
• Lead the design of end-to-end digital and automation solutions, integrating OT and IT environments.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, deployment, and support of digital applications and platforms.
• Manage solution testing, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
• Drive lifecycle management of digital solutions from concept through deployment and support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on digital transformation initiatives and lead related workshops and discussions.
• Support sales and business development teams in solution positioning, proposal development, and bid responses.
• Oversee the successful delivery of digital solutions projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Lead, mentor, and develop solution architects, application engineers, and digital specialists.
