Role Overview

The Director of Human Resources will oversee human resources functions within the W Hotels brand in Riyadh. This role is integral to supporting the brand's mission of igniting passion and creating a world of possibilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with W Hotels' brand objectives and Marriott International's global standards.
  • Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the W Hotels culture.
  • Oversee talent development programs and initiatives to support associate growth.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
