About the Director General Role

Confidential Government is seeking a Director General to provide strategic leadership and operational management for the organization. This full-time executive position, based in Riyadh, requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles. The Director General will be instrumental in shaping the organization's future, driving its mission, and ensuring its continued success.

Core Responsibilities

The Director General will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization's long-term strategies and objectives, ensuring alignment with its mission and vision. This includes overseeing daily operations, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and leading the executive team in strategic planning and execution. Key duties involve establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, representing the organization in policy discussions and public forums, and monitoring organizational performance against targets. The role also encompasses driving financial sustainability through budget development and resource allocation, promoting a robust compliance framework, and mentoring senior leadership and staff.

Strategic Leadership and Engagement
