About the Director of Banquets Role

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Riyadh is seeking a Director of Banquets to oversee the hotel's banquet operations. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience, preferably within a luxury environment. The role involves significant operational and financial responsibilities, ensuring the consistent implementation of company standards and the seamless execution of events.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As the Director of Banquets, you will be responsible for the overall organization and management of the entire banquet operation. This includes supervising banquet staff, coordinating effectively with other hotel departments, and ensuring all events meet or exceed customer expectations. Your role is critical in optimizing the banquets department's performance through exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Key areas of responsibility include Food & Beverage and Catering services for events held within the hotel's extensive facilities.

The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is an architectural landmark situated in the iconic Kingdom Tower, in the heart of Riyadh. The hotel offers 276 spacious rooms and suites, three exceptional restaurant venues with a combined seating capacity of 250 guests, and a world-class spa and wellness center. The hotel's event facilities span 7,213 square meters (77,640 square feet), comprising a mix of Ballrooms and Meeting Rooms, making it a prime venue for a wide range of events.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Director of Banquets position must possess the following:

  • An Education Certificate.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays.
  • An in-depth knowledge of food preparation and wine.
