About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to defining and driving the organization's enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring that technology investments are directly aligned with core business objectives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing architectural foundations and guiding strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies that align with business goals.
• Define enterprise architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, and governance processes.
• Design current-state and target-state architecture models, along with transformation roadmaps.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic technology investments.
• Collaborate with business leaders, solution architects, engineering teams, and project managers to ensure architectural alignment.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and governance.
• Lead technology modernization, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Perform architecture impact assessments and provide technical guidance across various projects.
• Mentor solution architects and engineering teams on enterprise architecture best practices.

Strategic Contributions

This role involves establishing comprehensive enterprise architecture principles, standards, target-state architectures, strategic roadmaps, and robust governance mechanisms. The Enterprise Architect will collaborate with both business and technology stakeholders to deliver solutions that are scalable, secure, and prepared for future demands, directly contributing to the organization's long-term technology vision.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an Enterprise Architect role or similar capacity.
• Proven experience in defining enterprise architecture standards and leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
