About the EPMO Expert Role

stc is seeking an experienced EPMO Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience in supporting enterprise-wide project planning, execution, and monitoring within Specialized. The role holder will play a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The EPMO Expert will be instrumental in supporting the planning and execution of enterprise-wide, corporate, and transformational projects that align with Specialized’s strategic objectives. This involves applying project governance frameworks to ensure initiatives are consistent with organizational priorities and approved methodologies. The role holder will also contribute to the development and implementation of project and program management standards, tools, and best practices.

• Maintain and update the integrated project master plan, tracking milestones, deliverables, and overall project progress.
• Monitor project performance, identifying risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and proposing corrective actions.
• Support coordination with project stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Track and follow up on change requests, ensuring adherence to defined approval processes for scope, schedule, and budget changes.
• Support the implementation and utilization of project tracking and reporting systems for enhanced visibility.
• Prepare periodic reports on project progress, KPIs, risks, and financial status for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project financials and resource utilization against approved budgets and timelines.
• Support change management activities to facilitate the adoption of new initiatives, processes, and tools.
• Contribute to the development of the EPMO knowledge base and best practice sharing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration across multiple projects and programs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this EPMO Expert position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of project governance frameworks, project management methodologies, and enterprise-wide project execution is essential. The ability to monitor project financials and resource utilization, along with experience in preparing project reports and supporting change management, is also required.
