About the Front Desk Administrator Role

Furless Permanent in Riyadh is seeking a Front Desk Administrator to join their team. This full-time position is crucial for driving sales growth and client retention by ensuring a professional and seamless experience for all guests. The role involves managing reception operations, sales follow-up, appointment scheduling, and retail support, all while adhering to Furless standards and Saudi Municipality regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet, register, and guide clients with professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders to optimize attendance.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email promptly and accurately in English and/or Arabic.
  • Address client complaints empathetically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception and waiting areas to Furless's premium standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Promote treatments, packages, and retail products confidently.
  • Educate clients on home-care routines and follow-up treatments to encourage repeat visits.
  • Track and follow up with prospective and lapsed clients to increase return rates.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and upselling targets.
  • Support in-branch marketing and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate client records, purchase history, and preferences within the CRM/POS system.
  • Record all bookings, payments, and transactions accurately.
  • Perform daily cash-up and reconciliation.
  • Generate and submit daily and weekly performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Municipality standards on hygiene, safety, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with operations on maintenance, supplies, and equipment servicing.
  • Uphold the Furless brand image through polished and client-focused conduct.
  • Collaborate with therapists, treatment coordinators, and management for smooth client flow.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales, service, and retention skills.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, accountability, and flexibility with shifts.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or higher; a Diploma in Administration or Customer Service is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in front desk, sales, or customer service roles, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or hospitality sectors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/booking systems; experience with Fresha is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong sales, upselling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Understanding of Saudi Municipality hygiene standards (training will be provided).

Work Schedule and Compensation
