About the Role

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Geotechnical Specialist to provide essential technical expertise for major infrastructure projects. This full-time position focuses on ground engineering, investigations, and site supervision, requiring a professional with significant experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Review geotechnical investigation reports and design submissions to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Provide expert technical guidance on soil mechanics, foundation design, and ground improvement works.
• Monitor all site activities related to geotechnical aspects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with geotechnical challenges throughout project lifecycles.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• A strong background in infrastructure and mega projects, with experience in the GCC region being preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of international standards and established geotechnical design practices.
