About the Graphic Designer Role

Fast Fit, a leading EMS fitness company in Saudi Arabia, is expanding its in-house marketing team and seeking a Graphic Designer to contribute to brand elevation and business growth. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on creating high-quality visual assets to enhance brand presence across all marketing channels.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing compelling visual content across digital, print, and motion formats. This involves ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and collaborating closely with copywriters, video editors, and performance marketers to execute creative campaigns. The primary goal is to drive engagement and increase brand awareness through effective visual communication.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design, including social media creatives, advertisements, banners, posters, and business cards. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma is essential. Experience with motion graphics and video editing for short-form content is also required. A strong understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, and layout principles is necessary.

• Demonstrated portfolio across digital and print design.

• Proficiency in Figma.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

Experience designing for fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or premium service brands is considered a significant advantage. Familiarity with Arabic typography and Right-to-Left (RTL) layouts is also beneficial. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines is crucial. Attention to detail, cultural awareness specific to the KSA market, and adaptability across different visual formats are expected. A diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred. While 1-3 years of experience is ideal, candidates with 0-1 year of experience will be considered. Experience working with performance marketing teams is a plus.

Candidates may be asked to complete a short design assessment as part of the interview process. Preference will be given to candidates based in Riyadh or those willing to relocate.
