About the Role

FlyAkeed is seeking a GTM Specialist to join its Growth team in Riyadh. This role operates at the intersection of revenue strategy, data, automation, and systems architecture. The GTM Specialist will be responsible for building and optimizing the technical infrastructure that supports FlyAkeed's go-to-market operations, including CRM workflows, data enrichment, outbound campaigns, AI-driven personalization, lead scoring, and reporting dashboards. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to translate commercial needs into scalable technical solutions. FlyAkeed, established in 2017 and headquartered in Riyadh, is a leading online platform focused on simplifying flight and hotel bookings, supported by investors including PIF subsidiary Sanabil Investments.

Core Responsibilities

The GTM Specialist will design, build, integrate, and maintain the company's Go-To-Market technology stack, ensuring seamless data flow across CRM, marketing automation, outbound, enrichment, analytics, and sales productivity tools. This includes translating business requirements from Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Revenue Operations teams into scalable technical workflows. A key aspect of the role involves identifying and automating system gaps, workflow inefficiencies, and manual processes to enhance operational efficiency and data quality.

Workflow Automation and Lead Management

This role involves building and deploying automated workflows for lead capture, enrichment, scoring, qualification, routing, and lifecycle management. Automation logic will be created to ensure timely and accurate assignment of high-priority leads to the appropriate sales team members. The GTM Specialist will also automate repetitive sales and marketing operations to boost team productivity and execution speed, while maintaining comprehensive documentation of GTM workflows and automation rules. Support will be provided for outbound campaign execution, including list building, segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking.

AI Implementation and Data Operations

The GTM Specialist will design and implement AI-powered workflows to support account research, lead qualification, personalized outreach, and sales enablement. This includes configuring AI and LLM-based tools for generating company insights, prospect summaries, and personalized messaging. The role also encompasses owning CRM data hygiene, segmentation, deduplication, and enrichment, ensuring clean and reliable data across GTM systems to support accurate reporting and decision-making. Management of lead source tracking, UTM tracking, and campaign attribution will be critical.

Analytics, Reporting, and Experimentation

Responsibilities include building dashboards and reports to monitor pipeline health, campaign performance, funnel conversion, lead quality, sales productivity, and revenue impact. The GTM Specialist will analyze GTM performance to identify opportunities for conversion rate improvement across the buyer journey. This involves running experiments across outbound, lead scoring, personalization, and routing workflows, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform GTM strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. A strong technical background combined with business understanding is essential. The ability to work effectively with both commercial teams and technical tools is required. Candidates should be comfortable translating sales and marketing needs into automated workflows and continuously improving systems to support revenue growth. Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data enrichment tools, and workflow automation tools is expected.
