About the Role

W Hotels in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Arrival Expert to manage the initial and final guest experience. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable arrivals and departures, ensuring guests feel supported throughout their stay. The role involves proactively delivering a range of services to guide guests through these key touchpoints.

Core Responsibilities

The Guest Arrival Expert is responsible for facilitating a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure. This includes handling operational needs, responding to guest requests, completing necessary reports, and providing information about local attractions. The aim is to make all guest interactions, including transactions, feel like an integral part of their overall experience.

Key Duties and Expectations

Initiate and deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences.
Address operational needs and guest requests efficiently.
Complete required reports accurately.
Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
Ensure all transactions are handled as part of the overall guest experience.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to be on your feet and moving for extended periods, including standing, sitting, or walking. A hands-on approach to work is necessary, involving the ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. For objects weighing more than 75 pounds, assistance is required.
