About the Role

Tandem Interim is seeking a Healthcare Business Resource for a contract engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves supporting the review and refinement of an existing Target Enterprise Architecture and Digital Blueprints for a major government health authority. The position is full-time and onsite, commencing as soon as possible, with an initial duration of one month and potential for extension.

Role Context

The primary objective of this role is to leverage healthcare domain expertise to contribute to critical architectural and digital strategy initiatives. The engagement is focused on enhancing the digital landscape of a significant government health entity within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the review and refinement of the Target Enterprise Architecture.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of Digital Blueprints.
• Apply healthcare domain knowledge to architectural and digital strategy processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Professional experience in the healthcare sector ranging from 3 to 10 years.
• Mandatory previous experience working within the Saudi healthcare ecosystem.
• A strong understanding of healthcare operations, governance, regulatory frameworks, and service delivery.
• Experience supporting healthcare digital transformation, business architecture, business analysis, or operating model initiatives.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture concepts, specifically Business Architecture and Capability-Based Planning.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory, with Arabic being essential.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience with entities such as MoH, Health Holding Company, NUPCO, Council of Health Insurance, Saudi Health Council, Seha Virtual Hospital, or major government/private healthcare providers in KSA.
• Background in government transformation, healthcare strategy, digital health, or AI-enabled healthcare initiatives.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture deliverables including business capability models, operating models, governance frameworks, and digital blueprints.

Work Environment and Logistics

This is a contract, full-time, onsite position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The engagement is scheduled to start as soon as possible, with an initial term of one month and the possibility of extension. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills are essential for this role.
