Role Overview

El Seif Operation and Maintenance is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing daily soft services operations with a strong focus on hospitality and service quality. The role requires an individual capable of managing frontline labor staff and ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily soft services activities, including cleaners, housekeeping staff, janitors, and related soft service workers.
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure all team members understand their responsibilities.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, appearance, and service quality across assigned areas.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report any issues, shortages, or service gaps.
• Ensure staff adhere to company standards, client requirements, safety rules, and grooming expectations.
• Support the team in handling complaints, requests, and urgent cleaning/service needs professionally.
• Maintain attendance records, coordinate shifts, and perform basic manpower follow-up for assigned workers.
• Train and guide staff on proper cleaning methods, hospitality behavior, customer service, and professional conduct.
• Coordinate with the Soft Services Manager / Facility Management team regarding daily operations and service improvements.
• Prepare simple daily reports related to staff attendance, completed tasks, issues, and pending actions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in soft services, housekeeping, hospitality, cleaning operations, or facility management.
• Previous experience supervising cleaners, housekeeping staff, or soft service workers is required.
• Experience in hotels, hospitals, compounds, airports, malls, or facility management projects is preferred.

• Good follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle daily operational requests.

Work Environment
