About the Role

Rose Sweets is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in the Second Industrial City and requires a professional with experience in various aspects of HR, particularly personnel affairs and employee relations. The role is integral to managing employee lifecycle processes and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personnel affairs and employee relations, serving as a primary point of contact for staff inquiries and concerns.
• Handle final settlements and employee clearance processes accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee the management of employee files, contracts, leaves, and attendance records.
• Execute various HR transactions in accordance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated strong experience in Personnel Affairs and Employee Relations.
• Proven experience with final settlements and employee clearance procedures.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and relevant government HR platforms.
• Experience in managing employee files, contracts, leaves, attendance, and related HR transactions.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple HR functions effectively.
• Excellent follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolution of issues.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with employees and management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specifically within the Second Industrial City. The successful candidate will work as part of the Rose Sweets team, contributing to a supportive and professional HR environment.
