About the Role

Amazon is seeking an ICQA Researcher to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting operational excellence within the facility.

Role Overview

The ICQA Researcher will conduct detailed and high-quality research into all inventory adjustments and transactions. This role involves close collaboration with the operations team to provide essential data support for improvement initiatives and to conduct thorough root cause investigations of operational defects. The successful candidate will develop comprehensive subject matter expertise across all operational processes at their assigned site.

Key Responsibilities

Develop data collection processes and data management systems.
Maintain data integrity, striving for a 0% error rate.
Design queries, compile data, and generate reports.
Chart and graph data effectively for reporting purposes.
Conduct in-depth research into defect trends.
Perform data collection and entry as needed.
Engage in data mining and problem-solving activities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and the ability to lead by example in all key performance areas, including safety and quality. A crucial aspect of this role is the capacity to develop deep subject matter expertise on all operational processes within the assigned site.

Technical Skills and Tools

Proficiency in designing queries, compiling data, and generating reports.
Experience utilizing MS Access and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to effectively chart and graph data for clear presentation.
Strong analytical capabilities for in-depth defect trend research, data mining, and problem solving.
