About the IT Supervisor Role

Hilton is seeking an IT Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive IT support within a hospitality environment, contributing to the delivery of memorable guest experiences through reliable technology services.

Role Responsibilities

The IT Supervisor will be responsible for a range of technical duties to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's technology infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

• Addressing technology equipment and connectivity service requests promptly to maintain IT systems and cellular services in line with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards.
• Managing and maintaining an inventory of technology equipment, hardware, software, and related assets.
• Performing installations, setups, and breakdowns of A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel work areas.
• Providing technical support and training to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Processing equipment and service billing for guests, addressing concerns, and authorizing necessary billing adjustments.
• Documenting all completed repairs, routine maintenance, and special service requests for technology equipment, and flagging any issues requiring further attention.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. The position requires a proactive approach to technical support and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service within a hospitality context.
