About the Role

This is a full-time position for a Maintenance Supervisor based in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing and managing maintenance operations to ensure efficient and effective upkeep of facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures to identify the type and nature of maintenance required, and estimate the quantity and cost of necessary materials.
• Distribute tasks and duties to maintenance team members based on their capabilities and follow up on their performance and achievements.
• Assess training needs for maintenance teams, develop their skills, or recommend enrollment in specialized training programs.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance programs, ensuring adherence to their procedures.
• Classify, arrange, document, and save work reports and results.

Job Duties

• Prepare the overall work plan and program for maintenance activities.
• Oversee procedures to determine the specific type and nature of maintenance needed.
• Assign tasks effectively to the work team.
• Identify and design training requirements for the maintenance team.
• Develop and manage the preventive maintenance program.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance supervision is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance techniques.
• Strong skills in reporting and documentation.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is expected.
