About the Role

شركة المخالد للتجارة والمقاولات is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision. The role involves overseeing maintenance operations, managing the team, and ensuring efficient execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for a range of duties focused on the effective management of maintenance activities. This includes:

• Following established procedures to identify the type and scope of maintenance required, and estimating the necessary materials and associated costs.
• Distributing tasks and assignments to maintenance team members based on their individual capabilities and expertise.
• Assessing the training needs of the maintenance teams and developing their skills, or recommending specialized training programs.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, and monitoring their execution.
• Classifying, organizing, documenting, and archiving all results and work reports.

Work Planning and Execution

A core aspect of this role involves strategic planning and operational oversight. The Maintenance Supervisor will prepare the overall work plan and program for maintenance activities. This includes closely following procedures to define the nature of maintenance tasks and effectively assigning duties to the work team. The supervisor will also be instrumental in designing training needs for the maintenance team to enhance their capabilities.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

The Maintenance Supervisor is expected to actively monitor and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team, assessing their achievements against set objectives. A critical component of this responsibility is the thorough documentation and secure saving of all work reports, ensuring a clear record of maintenance activities and outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess the following:

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant maintenance role.
• Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams and operations.
