About the Role
Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Manager I to proactively solicit and manage sales opportunities. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives.
Sales Opportunity Development
The role involves working collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated sales efforts. Key responsibilities include building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, and trade shows. Developing community relationships to expand the customer base and managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders are also crucial. Accurate and timely turnover of business to Event Management is essential for service delivery.
Sales Activity Management
This position requires active participation in sales calls to acquire new business and close deals. The Sales Manager will execute and support the operational aspects of booked business, including generating proposals and writing contracts, as well as managing customer correspondence.
Market Insight and Revenue Maximization
A core function of this role is to identify new business opportunities to meet personal and location revenue goals. This involves understanding the overall market, including competitor strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, and supply and demand dynamics, to effectively position offerings. The Sales Manager will close the best opportunities based on market conditions and location needs, and gain a deep understanding of the location’s primary target customers and their service expectations to offer tailored business solutions.
Customer Service Excellence
The role supports the company’s service and relationship strategy by driving customer loyalty through excellent service delivery. This includes servicing customers to grow account share and executing the company’s customer service standards. Providing excellent customer service consistent with daily service basics and setting a positive example for guest relations are key. Interacting with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels is also part of the role.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with Four Points by Sheraton.
