About the Product Developer Role

BMC Helix is seeking a Product Developer I to join its AI Office team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to the development of AI-native solutions for forward-thinking IT organizations. Role Context and Purpose

As a Product Developer I, you will be instrumental in developing prototypes and features for BMC Helix products. Your work will directly support customers in achieving their business needs through the application of our AI platform. This role is ideal for those interested in daily innovation challenges and who thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to BMC Helix's mission of resetting the economics of enterprise IT through AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in AI Office engineering activities, including the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and Proofs of Concept (POCs), and lab design.
• Perform thorough problem analysis to resolve product-related issues in accordance with BMC Helix support standards.
• Contribute to training and enablement initiatives for Product Support Technical Specialists, Sales Engineers, Partners, and Customers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand and refine requirements.
