About the Role

Humain, a PIF company, is seeking a Product Marketing Director to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence across its entire stack, from infrastructure to advanced models and applications. The ideal candidate will translate technical expertise into market-leading positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Role Overview

As Product Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the product marketing strategy across Humain's AI portfolio. This involves developing and executing go-to-market plans for new products and solutions targeting enterprise, government, and developer audiences. Your role will be crucial in shaping compelling narratives that differentiate Humain in the competitive global AI landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product marketing for Humain's AI portfolio across the full stack.
• Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions.
• Build positioning and messaging to differentiate Humain in the AI market.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and brand teams on narratives, launches, and enablement.
• Create sales collateral, pitch decks, case studies, and technical content.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Define and track product marketing KPIs, translating insights into strategy.
• Leverage AI tools for research, content production, and campaign execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a technical major is strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, with significant experience in AI, cloud, SaaS, or deep tech. Product management background is a plus.
• Hands-on understanding of the AI stack, including data infrastructure, compute, models, APIs, and applications.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences.
• Strong go-to-market experience, including launches, positioning, and competitive strategy.
• An AI-first mindset is essential; proficiency in using AI tools for research, content creation, and market analysis is expected.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
