About the Quantity Surveyor Role

Zuhair Fayez is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with extensive experience in the field to contribute to significant projects.

Role Overview

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs relating to construction and civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to final figures. This role involves ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time, while maintaining a high standard of quality and adherence to contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing tender documents, contracts, bills of quantities, and other tender and contract related documents.
• Managing and controlling project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Valuing work executed and arranging payments.
• Preparing and submitting claims for variations and extensions of time.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A diploma in surveying or civil engineering is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in quantity surveying.

Essential Skills and Proficiencies

• Proficiency in operating modern surveying equipment.
• Demonstrated experience in infrastructure projects.
• Full knowledge and practical application of AutoCAD software.
