Sales Manager Role at Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on generating and managing group sales, contributing to the delivery of memorable experiences for every guest and supporting the hotel's overall profitability.

Purpose of the Role

The Sales Manager is integral to the Hotels team, responsible for driving group sales and fostering strong client relationships. This position ensures effective coordination of customer requirements, directly impacting guest satisfaction and upholding Hilton's hospitality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business by researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and database mining to exceed lead generation goals.
• Build and maintain client relationships, serving as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts, and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability.
• Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, conducting site visits, negotiating terms, and securing contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
• Manage booking details, coordinating customer requirements such as room, food and beverage, and meeting space, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel’s sales management system.
