About the Role

Customer Engagement and Sales Process

The Sales Representative will be responsible for building a comprehensive customer database, including contact details and addresses. This involves actively engaging with customers, whether through direct contact or visits, to promote goods and services. The role requires presenting sales offers, highlighting product specifications and competitive benefits, and ultimately guiding the customer through the sales process. This includes verifying prices, applying authorized discounts, issuing invoices, and securing payments.

Financial Administration and Reporting

A key aspect of this role involves managing customer debts. The Sales Representative will be tasked with collecting outstanding payments, meticulously recording and documenting all transactions, and remitting collected funds to the finance department. Furthermore, the position requires the regular preparation and submission of work reports, ensuring all activities and outcomes are properly documented and saved for record-keeping purposes.
