About the Role

Quality Professionals | Q-Pros is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves working with our clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to ensure the highest standards of software quality. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be passionate about delivering quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements and design specifications to identify and address any gaps, conflicts, or ambiguities.
• Develop comprehensive Test Plans and Test Strategies tailored to project needs.
• Design detailed Test Scenarios and Test Cases to cover all functional and non-functional aspects.
• Generate appropriate Test Data for effective test execution.
• Create various types of reports to document testing progress, results, and quality metrics.

Testing Methodologies and Tools

• Execute Functional Testing, including Smoke, Sanity, Confirmation, Regression, UI, API, and Database Testing.
• Conduct Non-functional Testing such as Compatibility and Usability testing.
• Perform various testing levels, including Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and System Testing.
• Report and track defects efficiently using defect management systems like Azure, TFS, or Jira.

Collaboration and Quality Assurance

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure quality metrics are regularly reviewed, closed, and agreed upon.
• Ensure all development tasks meet defined quality criteria through meticulous test planning, execution, quality assurance activities, and issue tracking.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience in software quality testing. Successful applicants will demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, possess exceptional attention to detail, and exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
